Fight Smarter: Using Data to Combat Antisemitism
Thursday, September 11, 2025
| | | | | | | | | | | Tuesday, September 30, 2025 | Zoom 12:00pm - 1:00pm ET | 9:00am - 10:00am PT | 7:00pm - 8:00pm IT We know how busy the Jewish holiday season is, but this conversation is too urgent to wait. Since October 7, the fight against antisemitism has grown rapidly in scope and complexity, with nearly 160 organizations now working in this space. To help funders cut through the noise, JFN commissioned a field-wide study led by Dr. Eitan Hersh, Professor of Political Science at Tufts University. JFN members are invited to hear from Dr. Hersh, who will present findings that map the entire ecosystem, showing where there are critical gaps in coverage and where too much overlap may be diluting impact. This is a chance to understand where your philanthropic dollars can make the most difference in this crucial effort. This program is open to JFN members only. | | | | |
| | | | | | | | Be Part of the TEN Fund Giving Circle The TEN Fund is a new giving circle bringing together philanthropists and foundations to change the increasing number of Jews struggling to make ends meet. Together, we’ll learn from experts, connect with peers nationwide, and pool our resources to support the most impactful initiatives fighting Jewish poverty. Over just five gatherings, you’ll gain: - Insight into the growing crisis of economic vulnerability in Jewish and American life
- Community with fellow funders who share your values
- Impact through collective decision-making that supports strategic programs.
The giving circle involves five Zoom meetings, the first on Oct 23rd. More than a grant, it’s a commitment to stand with Jews who are struggling at a time of growing need.
Ready to join us or learn more? Learn more and join here. Email Rachel Sumekh with any questions. The TEN Fund is open to all funders and is being led in partnership with the expertise of UJA Federation of New York. --- And mark your calendar: we’re also launching JFN Venture Labs, a new program format with a more direct pitch than usual.
